Hello everyone I’m living in a new house in SWFL and notice no wall insulation and very little ceiling fiberglass as well. You’d think trying to keep it cool inside would be just as important as keeping it warm in cold climates. I also have the air handler in the attic space and it regularly hits 145 degrees up there. The walls would be very expensive to correct since the sheetrock is on furring strips attached to the block walls. But would it be a good idea to have the rafters sprayed to try and get the attic temperature down?
