Insulaton question

I have a detached, unheated, uninsulated garage. I have kitchen cabinets along the one wall. Every winter I have to bring in my paint cans and car cleaning products for obvious reasons. My question is would lining the cabinets with spray foam or the rolled silver insulation prevent this from happening so I dont have to do this every year? Or does anyone have any other ideas. I leave in Pennsylvania. Sometimes we see 5 degree temps.

Insulating the cabinets alone won’t do much if the garage itself isn’t insulated, it might slow the temp drop a bit but not enough to keep paint from freezing at 5°. A better option should be to insulate the whole wall behind the cabinets and add some weather stripping, or set up a small thermostatically controlled space heater inside the cabinet for just the coldest nights

@Matt Romanak I know people who just bite the bullet and bring stuff inside for the winter. I want to know if someone here has found a better workaround though. PA winters are brutal!
