fiberglass insulation safety

my folks are planning to install fiberglass insulation next week, but I've done some internet research, and the more I read, the more worried I am
it says that fiberglass insulation has a lot of risks, but it's okay if installed properly. we live in a small town, and I'm not sure how professional the company and workers are
how to make sure that they install it properly, or should I talk to my folks to just install another kind of installation?

Really it's one of the most common products and fairly safe to work with and use if installed correctly, just try not to compress it too much, and that they don't leave huge gaps and block the vents. Provided the company has ok reviews and has been around for a while should be ok, don't go to a panic because of internet horror stories.
